Serving Franklin County and normally within 90 miles of Columbus. Longer trips are considered for Ohio employers with multiple sites.

Travel

35 Miles Included

Travel outside Franklin County is included within 35 miles of Columbus. After that, mileage is $1.15 per mile, plus lodging if a visit requires a start before 8:30 AM more than 120 miles away.

Deposit

Full Days And Training

A 30% deposit reserves full-day audits and training dates. The balance is due net 15 after report delivery.

What To Include So Martha Can Price The Visit

Number of employees, workstations, roles, or job tasks you want reviewed.
Type of work: desk, dispatch, clinic, counter, assembly, machine operation, public works, lifting, tool use, or another plain description.
Site location and whether it is inside Franklin County or beyond the 35-mile included travel radius.
Urgency, including any return-to-work, retention, complaint, or accommodation timeline.
Whether photos are allowed and who will be the on-site contact.

Plain Language Is Welcome

You do not need the perfect ergonomic term in the first email. Tell me the awkward task in the words your supervisors and employees use: the shelf everyone hates, the counter where wrists bend, the scanner that pulls the shoulder forward, the chair that has become a department argument. I can translate plain language into an assessment plan. I am closed the week between Christmas and New Year’s for family, tea, and report-template cleanup, so January dates are best requested early.
